1. Service Delivery (On-Site)
Our pest control services are performed at your location by our trained and certified technicians. No physical shipment is involved for service bookings.

- A Service Completion Report (SCR) will be shared with you after every visit

2. Digital Deliverables
Certain documents and reports are delivered digitally:
- Audit Reports — sent via email and/or WhatsApp after inspection
- Service Completion Reports (SCR) — shared digitally after treatment
- Invoices & Receipts — emailed after payment
Digital documents are typically delivered within 2–4 hours of service completion.
3. Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable)
If you purchase any physical pest control products through our website, the following terms apply:
3.1 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
3.2 Delivery Timeframes

3.4 Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post depending on your location.
3.5 Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be shared via SMS and email once your order is dispatched
- You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
4.1 If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or your unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times.
4.2 After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.
4.3 Re-delivery charges may apply for returned packages.
4.4 Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
5.1 If you receive a damaged package, do not accept it. Ask the courier to note the damage before returning it.
5.2 If the package appears tampered with or damaged after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
5.3 For lost shipments, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
5.4 We will investigate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
6. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services and product deliveries are limited to India only.

- Shipping timelines do not include Sundays and public holidays
- Free Pest Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner once the shipment is dispatched
- Orders may be split into multiple shipments if all products are not available at the same time
