This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the platform freepestsolutions.in (“Platform”). Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / service providers and they have initiated the process of shipping, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller / service provider has checked and determined the issue at their end. This should be reported within 48 hours to 7 days of receipt of the product. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team, after reviewing your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
If replacement is approved by us, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
If exchange is approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 working days.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer.
In case of any refunds approved by us, it will take 7–10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original mode of payment.
Return Policy
We offer refund / exchange within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
(i) The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
(ii) The item must be in its original packaging
(iii) Items purchased on sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange
Further, only those items will be replaced or exchanged which are found to be defective or damaged after inspection.
If a return request is accepted, the returned product will be processed within 7–10 business days.
You agree that there may be certain categories of products or services that are exempted from returns or refunds, including but not limited to opened pest control products, chemical-based items, and completed pest control services. Such items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
For all accepted return / exchange requests, once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your request. If approved after quality check, your return / exchange will be processed in accordance with this policy.
